In this company a person who places the order and receives the goods successfully is known as ‘CLIENT’
In this company when client places an order to buy a product or to buy a services that product provides is known as ‘MATERIAL/GOODS and services are known as ‘SERVICES’.

When the company sells any product or services which are known as products/services, the clients are subjected to the company’s standard terms and conditions.
This means that the company gives the approximate quotations for the price of product/services or quantities of the product/services or delivery time of the product/services. This quotation can be changed any time subject to company’s terms and conditions.
This means that when clients place the order for products/services after successful transaction the client will receive the confirmation email from the supported department and as per terms and conditions the company will execute the order.

When the company ships the goods to the client’s delivery address and if any loss happens to the goods in the transition period (Loss of goods, damage of goods, temper of goods etc.) the company is not responsible for any kind of RISK OF LOSS. Client has to bear all the losses.
Without giving intimation to the clients at any point of time the Company has all rights reserves to increase/decrease a quoted fee of product / services.
Once the order is confirmed the client cannot cancel the order. But if product/service is not according to the client’s expectation then client can return the product/service within 7 days of time frame (including holidays) with “as-it-is” basic conditions. Once the product/service are returned and confirmed by the company, the client will receive a credit note in his account and the company will issue the voucher code to his account and client has to use his voucher before it expires. If the customer doesn't want voucher then refund has to be done via money back. Postage charges to be bear by the client.
Company is in a tie up with a different courier service and with this courier service the company creates different delivery methods. Company has all rights to change delivery method at any point of time without informing the clients. If the responsible person is not present on the time of delivery at the client delivery address and for any reason courier company return the parcel to company then client has to bear all the expenses. For this type of issue Company will not take any kind of responsibility.
Company is providing door to door facility to our valuable clients. To avoid loss or damage to the goods Company has taken sufficient steps to ensure the protection of goods.
All products/services are in under warranty in different kinds of time period. The company has all rights to change the warranty period at any point of time without informing the clients. Client has to return material in “as-it-is” basis condition to avoid conflict in the warranty. If any kind of tempering is done by the client or any person, warranty will be cancelled at the moment only.
Company sells products/services to the clients. If any type of conflict arises regarding the products/services the company will not take any kind of responsibility for that issue.
All trading is done by the company under subject to Indian law of Jurisdiction only.
